Returns Policy

We offer a 14 days return policy, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, providing that the item must still be unused and in its original packing, We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

The LCD Screens/Touch units/Displays, should be fitted in by a specialist not by a novice. We do not offer any replacements or refunds for LCD Screens that are damaged due to incorrect fitting. So please test the LCD screen without fitting it on to the actual phone as we will not offer a refund/replacement if the LCD has been used and then removed. However, sometimes when you receive the LCD it might have a problem with it, provided that the seal has not been taken off we will offer a replacement/refund as long as there is no damage while fitting. we recommend to test LCDs before fitting in to phones as to not void your warranty this can be done by connecting the LCD flex to the FPC. If fully fitted this would void any claim against SPLASH TECH for damage.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Damaged or Faulty on Delivery:
You should examine the goods upon your receipt of them. If the goods are damaged you must notify us at info@splashtech.co.uk within 12 hours of your receipt of the goods. We will provide you with full return details. Upon return of the damaged product we will, as appropriate, repair and return the goods to you or deliver replacement goods to you.

If you find an LCD which has been damaged on delivery this must not be fitted to a device under any circumstances, Please contact us immediately after receiving the broken or faulty LCD in post.

Shipping:

UK Deliveries,
Your order will be dispatched in same working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) before 4.00PM and you should expect to receive it within 2-3 working days. Orders placed after 4pm will be despatched the next working day.
All the orders over £300 are eligible for free and fast delivery.

International Deliveries,
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates and cost for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date and cost estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
